POLYPS

I have had surgery last February to have my polyps removed. Not a very pleasant procedure or recovery time involved. What makes it worse is that my polyps have come back. Yup, $5000 down the freaking drain. I still can’t smell SQUAT!!

Nasal polyps are small, sac-like growths consisting of inflamed nasal mucosa.
Symptoms
·Nasal obstruction
·Mouth breathing
·Voice -- sounds as if person is congested
·Loss of smell – in my case I can’t smell SQUAT. (Sometimes after weeks I will smell something - when in actually there will be no smell of that sort) - Something like a Mentally Retarted Nose.

So the next time you hear me making a weird sound – clearing my throat or nose – I am just trying to get clear up my breathing passage. Blame the Polyps!!
